TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS

 

IMPORTANT:

 

1. YOU MUST USE THE PROPER FORMAT FOR EACH COLUMN

2. This template is only compatible with Microsoft Excel. It is not compatible Numbers or Google Sheets.

​

 

1. Columns F through L use dropdown boxes. This will automatically fill in the information for you.You can access them by clicking in the box you want to fill out and an arrow will appear to the right of the box.
 

2. DO NOT TYPE THE INFORMATION IN BOXES F THOUGH L. YOU MUST USETHE DROPDOWN BOX. 

3. Enter regular home season matches played in your gym only, please! No play days, scrimmages or tournaments.

4. Middle Schools (although you may refer to your teams as JV and Varsity), on the template under Level, select Middle School Season.

Column A: (Date) - fill in the Date using the following format only: ex. 8/19/24.

Column B: (Time) – fill in the Time using the following format (space before AM or PM): ex. 4:00 PM.

Column C: (Game ID) – Leave blank.

Column D: (Custom Game ID) – Leave blank.

Column E: (Sport) – Use the dropdown box to enter Volleyball for EACH match.

Column F: (Level) – Use the dropdown box to choose Middle School Season, Freshmen, JV or Varsity for each match.

If you do not enter the correct level, the correct teams will not populate in the dropdown menu. DO NOT TYPE THIS IN!

Column G: (Home Team) – Use the dropdown box to choose the Home Team (The dropdown box must be used to ensure an EXACT Arbiter match).

Column H: (Home - Level) - Leave Blank

Column I: (Away - Team) – Use the dropdown box to choose the Away team (The dropdown box must be used to ensure an EXACT Arbiter match).

Column J: (Away - Level) - Leave Blank

Column K: (Site) – Use the dropdown box to choose YOUR SCHOOL.

Column L: (Sub site) – Use the dropdown box to choose sub site for EVERY match e.g. Court 1, Court 2 or Gym. Gym is the default site for a single court. Numbered Courts should be used if hosting multiple matches in same gym, at same time.
 

Column M: (Bill to) – Use the dropdown box to choose YOUR SCHOOL NAME.

 

Column N: (Officials) - Enter a number 1 -5 for the number of officials for each match. If unsure, leave blank
 

Please upload your Excel game import template no later than June 21st. Schedules received after June 23rd will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.

 

Please allow us until July 6th to get all schedules entered and then you can start sending in your game change forms.
